We removed a window air conditioner from the wall, after patching up the hole we needed the wall textured. We were lucky enough to find Ryan. He did a very professional job. He was on time, took care in his work and the wall looks great!
Our latest job was redoing the siding on an old addition to the house. A call to Ryan took care of everything. Again on time, brought it all up to code, we would recommend KHB Construction for any project you might have.

This is an excellent contractor to work with! My family and I worked with KHB to complete a number of projects for a recently purchased home. Let me highlight our experience:
1. Ryan was on time for the initial bid walk-through and provided the quote on-time as promised during the meeting. That’s rare in this business. We had several bids from other contractors either come much later or not arrive at all.
2. Their pricing was very fair and the contract process was detailed and easy to complete online.
3. The crew arrived on time to start the project and kept us informed throughout the process, which took a month to complete. Special thanks here to Doug, who was just an awesome site manager to work with all around. I wish every site manager in the construction industry was like Doug.
4. The quality of the work was wonderful and we have no complaints about the end result.
5. Working with Bobby to handle payments was great as well. Very helpful and easy to get in touch with.
One more thing I should add is they managed all of the communication, updates and change orders though an app, which was a very easy way to keep tabs of everything in one easy to reference place.
We’re extremely happy clients and we look forward to working with Ryan, Doug, Bobby and the rest of the team again for our next project!

My wife and I had a home project to create a bar in a built in area in our home. We purchased cabinets, a wine fridge and a 1 1-2 inch thick butcher board countertop. We could find absolutely no one who could cut the countertop to the length we needed to fit our built in. My wife started calling local businesses, and we got nowhere. I was thinking about trying to cut this myself, and that would have turned out bad- guaranteed. My wife called Ryan at KHB Construction and asked if he might know someone who could cut it. Ryan said, “Come on down, I’ll do it and won’t charge you!”
We showed up, and what a great guy Ryan is. Cutting this board was no easy task. Ryan gave this all of his attention and cut it perfectly. What a cool guy, and what a great business. It is obvious Ryan loves his job, is very good at what he does, and loves providing his service to his customers. Without hesitation, My wife and I recommend KHB Construction.

I’ve moved seven times in the past 30 years so I am very familiar with home remodeling projects. New construction is pretty straightforward but tearing into something that somebody else built for a remodel can be another story. I used KHB Construction to remodel part of my kitchen and build out a workbench and garage cabinets. Like most projects, there were some challenges repurposing some things, but the KHB crew stayed with it until they found a way to do it.
Unlike many contractors who aren’t at the job site but just direct subs over the phone, I always had Ryan, Matthew, Janice, or someone there to make sure the job was on track and being done right. They started when they said they would, and stayed with the job until it was done. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work, and they are very accommodating to make sure the customer is happy. I learned many remodeling projects ago that you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend KHB.

Ryan and team just completed a 2 week project of completely renovating an old, ugly, and very hot, sunroom into a sparkling new and air-conditioned bonus room. They installed a whole new 30’ wall, doors, windows, lights, fans, paint, and a split unit hvac.
Their communication, proposal process, professionalism, and quality was superb!! Although the project was probably small for them, it was a huge deal for us…and they treated it, and us, as a priority customer and completed every detail we discussed. There was a project manager every day and we had clear line of sight on the daily activities and completion times. To top it all off, they are super nice guys and we enjoyed getting to know them.
I highly recommend this company for jobs small and large.

The patio I had designed and built by KHB not only came out as I had envisioned, it was perfection in my eyes. Their professionalism, safe practices, happy and excited demeanors made me feel secure in my choice of construction companies. I will be entrusting my home visions and remodeling to KHB.
Ryan was once my handyman, putting a wood floor in a tight upstairs space to moving heavy stones with his bare hands and following me around as I changed my mind several times on where to place them, I’m still laughing at how he never complained. To see Ryan now, a full fledged construction company owner with his great co-owner Bob (who is never without a smile) is what I expected would happen.

Being no strangers to construction, we knew that 5-6 week kitchen Reno meant 3 months. We knew there’d be plenty of pain points and frustrations. From start to final sign off, it took 6 weeks and a day, was virtually pain free and we can’t say enough about the craftsmanship. Every person on the job took personal responsibility and pride in their craft.
We waited MANY years to get our dream kitchen and can’t thank Ryan, Bobby, Doug, George and the WHOLE team enough for a dream achieved! Proud to be part of the KHB family!

We had our bathtub remodeled into a walk in shower. From the first meeting with Ryan the salesman and Doug the manager of our project it was a great experience. They worked up a quote and when it was a little over my budget they worked with me to get within my budget. They set us up with a decorator to help us with tile selection and design. They gave us a detailed schedule of day to day work plans and stuck to it exactly. We are very happy with them and will definitely call them when we’re ready to do our kitchen.
